BURGLARS have stole a large amount of copper piping from a works site in High Wycombe.

The offenders forced their way into the site in Hughenden Avenue by cutting the locks at the main entrance.

It took place between 5pm on Wednesday and 7am yesterday.

The burglars moved machinery before entering a container and stealing the copper.
