Police warn of craft-y burglar

A BURGLAR posing as a door-to-door sales person is preying on south Bucks homes, police have warned.
Police are appealing to the public to be vigilant and to contact them immediately if they witness anyone attempting to sell crafts of any type.
This follows an attempted burglary in Templewood Lane, Stoke Poges, between 11am and 6pm yesterday.
Police believe the thieves are using the salesman ploy as a cover while checking to see if anyone is at home.
PC Alex Gillett said: "Please be extra vigilant and should you see something similar to the above please contact us immediately.

This is a very serious subject and bogus callers and burglars are a threat to our society.
As it is such serious subject perhaps I should do a blog on the subject?

And there's nowhere in the 'complex' to buy a burglar alarm! Shocking.
