If you find yourself in the middle of a major local incident or see something interesting and newsworthy and you happen to have a digital camera or mobile camera phone with you, then take a snap or video clip and send it to us as soon as possible.

Just follow the simple instructions below and you could be making the news.

Start your message with bfp news , and make sure you leave a space in between the words and one after 'news'. Leave a brief summary of your text if you like and then find your picture and send it to 80360. If you include your name we will include your details with any article we write about your text. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous that's fine too.

You will receive a confirmation message that we have received your contribution.

Simply download your images or clips from your camera or mobile phone and send them as attachments. Please add a brief description of what's happening in your photos.

With all email messages, make sure you include your name and address as we always like to credit people who send anything into us which we use.

If you submit a photograph or video you must abide by our terms and conditions. It must be your own original work, or else the owner must have given you permission to let us use it.
