Noisy planes are blighting our villages

RE: Last week's complaint from Susan Pratt of Lane End about planes from Wycombe Air Park which she believes fly too near her home I WAS saddened to read of Mrs Pratt's distress due to the aerobatics which disturbed her peace recently.

Litter pickers prove a pick-me-up

I SAW something on Monday last that cheered me no end - two litter pickers, whom I assumed to be from the council, walking around the Everest Road, Terryfield Road, Hunt Road area picking up litter.

Stop the drunks in town

I'D LIKE to bring to the attention of the council, police, community police or even Eden's security, the amount of drunks now hanging around by the bus station at the taxi rank in High Wycombe.
